Neighborhood: Upper Carnegie Hill, Manhattan (Overlooking Central Park)
Building Overview: A 14-story residential cooperative building built in 1959 featuring 201 units, full-time doorman/concierge service, central laundry, storage facilities, and bike room.
Working alongside an interior designer managing upgrades at this premier Upper Carnegie Hill co-op, our team was brought in to execute a comprehensive lock and hardware replacement across the property. The goal was to provide high-security operational reliability for over 225 doors while establishing a uniform, polished aesthetic across all residential hallways and service areas.
