General Information
Our most vandal-resistant key keeper. The KKF is made of 12 gauge cold rolled steel, in a painted grey finish. It –fully– flush mounts into the wall to prevent vandalism.
The Alpha Communications KKF flush mount key keeper is designed specifically to minimize vandalism and abuse. Manufactured entirely from 12 gauge cold rolled steel, and all welded construction, these key keepers are built to last. The KKF is designed to meet the requirements of the U.S. Postal Service in New York and other major cities, calling for a vandal-resistant all-steel keeper that is completely flush mounted, and does not protrude from the surface of the wall. The KKF hinges open on a completely concealed and welded hinge assembly, and includes four (4) mounting screws posts (and nuts) for the installation of the postal lock (supplied by the local post office). For irregular walls or other special applications the KKF key keeper can be installed into our optional KKF-MC flush mounting collar.
