The Churchill
Located at 300 East 40th street in New York, The Churchill is a fully restored and recently renovated luxury 33-story apartment building. It is fully serviced, and provides its tenants with a high standard of living.
In this project, Mr. Locks designed and furnished the doors with luxury door hardware from Baldwin. We replaced mortise locks, and installed secure Mul T Lock MT5 deadbolts on a total of 601 apartment doors. We provided duplication key services for the Churchill’s tenants on demand. We also handled the door hardware installation in 150 common areas within the Churchill complex.
The Brevard
Located at 245 East 54th Street in New York, The Brevard is a fully serviced apartment building, and one of the largest in the midtown area. It towers high with 30 floors and over 400 units, as well as lobbies and hallways to meld it all together into a stunning complex, and a great place for residents to live.
Mr. Locks carried out an overhaul of door hardware, replacing all damaged and outdated door hardware. We designed and furnished the doors with luxury door hardware from Baldwin.
The Newbury
A stunning and articulate high-rise apartment tower located at 250 East 87th Street, The Newbury was a pioneering building for the Upper Eastside of town. It contains over 30 floors and 256 apartments, both rented and owned. The fully serviced apartments provide luxurious living for residents.
Mr. Locks removed the outdated door hardware from all common areas in The Newbury, and installed modern Schlage MD Series door locks, along with contemporary Baldwin door handles. The result, is a more secure life for residents, and a more stylish and appealing finish to the building’s interior.
Lincoln Plaza Towers
Lincoln Plaza Towers located steps from Lincoln Center and the Time Warner Building at 44 West 62nd St. Mr. Locks was able to successfully provide an expert security solution to precisely match the requirements of the building owners. Our company has installed 300 door locks, handles, and doors. It was a huge and challenging project for us.
Mark Twain Apartments
Mark Twain Apartments located in New York’s Greenwich Village neighborhood. Built in 1956, Mark Twain Apartments consists of 6 floors, made up of 82 apartments. Our company has installed customize mortise locks and upgraded door hardware in the building.
